摘要
在详尽分析了宝钢三期焦炉热工工艺特点的基础上,建立了焦炉直行温度数学模型。采用现场实测的立火道温度对所建立的数学模型进行了验证,在此基础上仿真计算了不同工况对焦炉直行温度和加热煤气流量等主要热工参数的影响,所做工作为焦炉的计算机优化加热控制奠定了坚实的理论基础。
Based on the analysis of thermal characteristics of coke oven of Baosteel.,the longitudinal temperature model has been built.The results of the model were verified by the flue temperature measured,and same time,the longitudinal temperature and gas flow supplied of coke oven under different operating conditions has been simulated.All work provided a stability theory foundation for coke oven optimized heating control.
