摘要
由西安重型机械研究所设计、上海重型机器厂制造、安装于山东省龙口市丛林集团公司挤压厂的100MN大型铝挤压机已于最近试生产成功。这台世界最大压力等级的油泵直接传动双动挤压机的建成是中华民族的骄傲。本文主要介绍这台挤压机的设计特点、制造过程及安装调试情况。
The 100MN heavy aluminum extrusion express installed at the extrusion plant of Conglin Group Co.,Longkou,Shandong, has been successfully put into trial operation recently,which is designed by Xian Heavy Machinery Institute and manufactured by Shang- hai Heavy Machine Manufacturing Plant.It is one of the largest class aluminum extrusion presses with oil pump directly driving in the world and is the pride of the Chinese nation.This paper mainly introduces the design characteristics,manufacturing process,installation and commissioning of the press.
