摘要
模具在铝型材挤压过程中具有十分重要的作用,是实现型材高产、优质、低成本、高效益的关键技术。本文详细地分析了铝型材挤压模具技术的发展方向,介绍了几种典型的型材模具新结构方案以及提高模具质量和使用寿命的主要途径。笔者认为,提高铝型材挤压模具质量和使用寿命是一项十分复杂而技术含量很高的系统工程,必须从诸多方面进行艰苦工作才会收到成效。
The extrusion die plays an important part in the aluminum profile extrusion production and is a key to achieve high production, high quality,low cost and good benefit.This paper analyzes in detail the technical development directions of the extrusion dies and intro- duces some new construction schemes of the dies for typical profiles and the ways to increase the quality and service life of dies.The author points out it is a very complicated system engineering with high technical content to increase the die quality and service life,and only by arduous efforts in many ways can the remarkable success be gained.
