摘要
介绍 Cimatron软件在模具设计和制造中的应用 ,并通过旋转式开关手柄模具的设计实例讨论了模具 CAD/CAM过程的技术方法 ,包括产品建模、分模及对模具凸、凹模进行 NC加工。结果表明 ,在模具制造中使用 Cimatron软件可大大缩短产品生产周期 。
In the paper, the application of Cimatron software in injection mould is introduced. Technical ways for CAD/CAM injection mould process is discussed by a case study in designing revolving switch handle, which include mould setting, mould separating and NE processing. Results show that the production cycle can be greatly minimized by using Cimatron software in mould production so as to facilitate mould production.
