摘要
通过简单的测量辅具 ,在万工显上动用标准直径钢球确定孔和轴的中心 ,解决了孔轴一体零件的孔轴中心距的精密测量问题 ,并在摩托车发动机组合式曲轴的试生产中取得了比较好的技术与经济效果 。
With simple measuring auxiliary tools, the center of hole axle is located with standard diameter steel ball so as to solve the problem of precise measuring the center distance of one body hole axle. Trial application has been done in unit type crankshaft in motorcycle engine, which produces good results in both technology and economy and provides some reference to other applications in similar parts.
