摘要
常规的二齿轮式齿轮泵是一种径向力不平衡液压装置 ,较大的径向不平衡力 ,使得齿轮轴的轴承过早损坏 ,易造成泵提前报废 ,是制约齿轮泵寿命的主要因素。应用行星齿轮传动原理的径向力平衡式齿轮泵 ,有效地解决了二齿轮式齿轮泵的径向力不平衡问题 ,是一种值得研究和开发的新型齿轮泵。但是 ,如何确定这种新型齿轮泵中各个齿轮的齿数 ?本文综合运用机械原理及液压元件的有关知识 ,提出了齿数选择的几个条件 ,可供新型齿轮泵配齿计算时参考。
Traditional gear pump with two gears is a pressure unbalanced element. Higher unbalanced radial force causes the early failure of the bearings, which becomes a main factor affecting the pump life. The radial balanced gear pump, based on the theory of planetary gear transmission is a new type of gear pump, witch solves the problem mentioned above for the traditional gear pump. Several rules for tooth number determination are proposed in this paper.
