摘要
简要论述了铸铁孕育剂的构成元素及其孕育作用,分析了孕育衰退的原因,认为孕育衰退是铁液保持时处在吸氮气氛之中,以致于促使含氮量再次增加而造成的,因此应根据铸件的要求及熔炼铁液的性质来选择孕育剂。
It was considered that the inoculation degeneration was resulted from hold ing molten iron in the nitrogen-absorbing atmosphere that caused nitrogen conte nt increasing of the molten iron.Therefore,the inoculant should be chosen ac cording to the casting requirements and the properties of molten iron.
