摘要
采用湿砂铸型浇注中低铬白口铸铁,以试样的硬度、冲击韧度和腐蚀耐磨性作为考察试样性能的指标,用正交试验方法研究了中低铬白口铸铁的成分,设计出最优成分范围。
The hardness,impact toughness and corros io n-wear resistance of the samples were taken as the indexes to evaluate the prop erties of the medium/low chromium white iron cast in green sand mould.The opti mum composition range of the medium/low Cr white iron was obtained by us-ing orthogonal method to carry out experiment for composition design.
