Trial Production of As-Cast Ferrite Nodular Iron

通过控制铁液合适的化学成分,稳定球化处理工艺,以及加强孕育等措施,成功地实现铸态条件下生产QT450-10铸件,免除了高温热处理工序,铸件的力学性能和金相组织都符合要求,铸件的综合质量指标也得到提高。

QT450-10grade ferrite nodular iron w as successfully produced in as-cast condition by abopting some measures includ ing proper controlling composition of molten iron,stabilizing nodulizing treatm ent process and intensifying inoculation.As a result,the high temperature he at treatment oper-ation was eliminated,and the mechanical properties and micr ostructure have met technical require-ments,as well as,the comprehensive qual ity index of castings was also enhanced.
