Leveraged financing is a kind of new financial products which has recently emerged in American and European loan market,and is developing rapidly with more and more commerical and investing banks getting involved in it.Leveraged financing is different from the traditional financing instruments in terms of financing concepte.The paper will make an analysis of the origin,character,development and influence of the leveraged financing.
