By making a large number of tests of WEDM, to different kind of work-piece's materals and thickness as well as required surface roughness,the author has summaried the results of the better machining parameters (the pulse width,pulse rest,the number of power enlarging triode as well as machining current and voltage). The program to control the WEDM pulse power machining parameter' s date base has been established in TP801A-Z80 single board microcomputer.
