摘要
目的 评价超声波清洗高压真空消毒法和碘伏紫外线照射法对牙科高速涡轮手机的消毒效果。 方法 66个工作后的牙科手机随机分两个消毒组 ,分别于消毒前和消毒后对手机前端表面和管道喷出液采样作细菌培养并进行比较。 结果 超声高压组对工作后手机消毒后 ,手机表面和手机内水气道采样作细菌培养 ,只检出极少量或未检出细菌 ,细菌杀灭率分别为 99.68%和 99.71% ;碘伏紫外线组消毒工作后手机 ,手机表面和手机内水气道细菌杀灭率分别为 99.67%和 4.3 3 % ;两种消毒方法对手机表面消毒效果之间无明显差异 (t=1.92 5 ,P>0 .0 5 ) ,而对手机内水气道消毒效果之间有显著性差异 (t=13 .5 89,P<0 .0 0 1)。
Objective To evaluate the germicidal efficacy of ultrasonic cleaning high pressure and iodophors ultravialet radiation on sterilizing dental high-speed handpieces. Methods Sixty-six clinically used handpieces were randomly divided into two groups . Each handpiece was sampled its surface and water channel before and after sterilizing, samples were done germiculture. The correlation among these markers were analysed. Result After ultrasonic cleaning high pressure sterilizing, farthing germs or no growth was observed in the surface and air and water channels of clinically used high-speed handpieces,the bactericidal rate was 99.68% and 99.71%,respectively ; The iodophors ultravialet radiation sterilized thesurface and air and water channels of dental high-speed handpieces, the bactericidal rate was 99.67% and 4.33%, respectively ; There was no significant difference between two methods sterilizing in the surface of clinically used high-speed handpieces(t=1.925,P>0.05).But there was marked difference between two methods sterilizing in air and water channels of high-speed handpieces(t=13.589,P<0.001). Conclusion The germicidal efficacy of ultrasonic cleaning high pressure is better than iodophors ultravialet radiation in sterilizing dental high-speed handpieces.
