摘要
目的 探讨卵黄油的延缓衰老功能。 方法 经口给予小鼠 0 .2 5、0 .5 0、1.5 0 g/ kg· bw剂量的卵黄油 3 0 d后 ,测定血清 MDA含量和 SOD活力 ;记录在含 0 .0 7%、0 .13 %和 0 .2 6%浓度受试物的玉米粉培养基上生长的果蝇生存时间 ,计算平均寿命和平均最高寿命。 结果 与对照组比较 ,受试物高剂量组小鼠血清 MDA含量显著降低 ,SOD活力显著增强 ;雌、雄果蝇的平均寿命和平均最高寿命均显著延长。
Objective To explore the anti-aging function of yolk oil. Methods Mice were dosed orally with 0.25, 0.50, 1.50g/kg.bw yolk oil for 30 days, serum MDA content, and SOD activity were detected. Survival time of drosophila melanogaster fed on maize powder media containing 0.07%, 0.13% and 0.26% test substance was recorded, and average life span, average maximum life span, median death time were analyzed. Result Serum MDA content was significantly decreased ,and total SOD activity was significantly increased in tested groups as compared with control mice. The average life span and average maximum life span both for male and female Drosophila melanogasters were significantly longer in tested group than in control group fed on pure maize powder media. Conclusion Yolk oil has anti-aging effect in animals.
