摘要
目的 为衡量和保障临床教学质量 ,促进临床教学管理现代化、规范化和科学化。 方法 规范临床教学考评工作 ,建立了临床教学考评制度、量化了临床教学考评指标、开发了临床教学考评管理系统软件。 结果 临床教学考评管理系统软件在我院临床教学管理实践中成功应用二学年 ,考评指标体系分为教研室评估体系和脱产教师的评估体系。教研室的评估指标体系共分教学管理、教学质量、教学活动、教学改革、师资队伍等五大一级指标 ,共有 2 5项二级指标 ,70项三级指标。 结论 临床教学考评管理系统软件在临床教学管理中的应用 ,对临床教学具有积极导向作用 ,有利于加速师资队伍的建设 ,有利于加强临床课程建设 ,有利于建立新型的师生关系 ,促进师生的互动效应 ,有利于教学管理科学化 。
Objective To ensure the quality of clinical teaching of medicine in the hospital , to change the teaching management to be effective and efficient. Methods Estabish the evaluation system and open out a software for the system. Result The scale has been utilized more than two years. The scale inculdes two parts, one is the criterion for the department is composed of teaching management, quality control, teaching activity, teaching innovation and faculty development.There are 70 items. Conclusion The application of the scale can guide the clinical teaching positively, improve the teachers' qualification, better the clinical curriculum, help the teachers and students establish rapport. Consequently, the management of clinical teaching is scientific.
