摘要 目的 :研究失血性休克时大鼠心脏 G蛋白含量及功能的变化。方法 :大鼠失血性休克 ,记录平均动脉压 ,呼吸频率及失血量 ,各时相点血气分析 ;免疫印迹法测定大鼠心脏 Giα和 Gsα含量。结果 :休克 6 h,心脏 Gsα含量 (第一条带19772± 1186像素 ,第二条带 2 0 86 5± 80 4像素 )较正常对照组 (第一条带 2 35 83± 714像素 ,第二条带 2 4 777± 6 90像素 )下降 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ;Giα含量 (2 776 7± 80 1像素 )较正常对照组 (1735 3± 799像素 )升高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :心脏 Gsα含量下降和 Giα含量升高可能是导致细胞膜 AIM: To study the alteration of the content of G proteins α subunits in rats in hemorrhagic shock. METHODS: Levels of G iα and G sα in sarcolemma were detected by Western Blot analysis,and recorded MAP,RR and blood loss volume as well. RESULTS: In the ventricles, the contents of two G sα band in the group HS was significantly lower than that in the group NC( P <0.05, P <0.01).The content of one G iα band in the group HS was significantly higher than that in the group NC( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Alteration of cardiac G protein may contribute to the dysfunction of adenyl cyclase signal transduction system and heart during hemorrhagic shock.
