摘要 目的 :观察不同剂量恒磁场对兔主动脉内皮细胞增殖影响。方法 :将体外培养的 3~ 8代兔主动脉内皮细胞分为对照组及不同剂量 (0 .5 ,1,10 ,10 0 ,30 0 ,6 0 0和 10 0 0 Gs,1Gs=10 - 4Tesla)磁场组。磁场作用时间为 4 8h。用 3H-TDR法及 MTT法测定细胞增殖。结果 :与对照组相比 ,0 .5 Gs组细胞增殖显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;1Gs组细胞增殖与对照组相比无明显差异 ;其余剂量组细胞增殖显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :0 .5 AIM: To investigated the effects of constant magnetic field(CMF) on proliferation of rabbit aorta endothelial cells(RAEC). METHODS: The third to eighth passage RAEC exposed in different magnetic intensity fields including 0.5,1,10,100,300,600 and 1000 Gs for 48 h.. Cell proliferation was measured with 3H TDR and MTT methods. RESULTS: Contrasting to control group, the proliferative rate of cells undertaking 0.5 Gs CMF was higher significantly( P <0 05). There were no difference between 1 Gs group and control group, however cell proliferation was attenuated significantly when CMF intensity was higher than 1Gs( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: 0.5 Gs CMF can accelerate proliferation of RAEC.
