盐性高血压大鼠血管平滑肌CaN活性变化

摘要 目的 :研究盐性高血压大鼠血管平滑肌CaN活性变化。方法 :应用酶活性测定方法 ,对SD大鼠和盐性高血压大鼠的A、CA、MA血管平滑肌CaN进行活性比较。结果 :盐性高血压大鼠其不同血管CaN活性与其对照组相应血管酶活性变化无显著差异。而二组中CA活性明显低于A的活性 ,阻力血管MA活性却无明显降低。结论 :阻力血管平滑肌的CaN酶活性变化并非导致盐性高血压的直接原因。 Objective:To study the activities of Ca 2+ /CaM-protein phosphatase(CaN) of saline hypertension. Methods:By the enzymologic measuring method we compared the changes of the CaN activities of different artery smooth muscle cells(aorta artery,A;caudal artery,CA;and mesenteric artery,MA) from SD rats and rats with saline hypertension. Results:There are not significant difference between the hypertension group and the SD group in the activities of CaN in different artery smooth muscle cells,but the activities of CaN in CA decreased significantly,and the activities of CaN in MA didn't change. Conclusion:The change of activities of CaN in resistant vessel is not the directive reason for saline hypertension.
