下颈椎椎体槽式钢板与AO钢板抗应力强度实验比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价颈椎槽式钢板的内固定作用.方法:将60个成年杂种猪新鲜颈椎(颈2~7)标本随机平均分成两组(每组30例).模拟下颈椎损伤及前路椎间植骨手术后,分别用下颈椎槽式钢板及AO钢板内固定。应用电子实验设备系统测试标本抗轴向拉伸,轴向正压、前屈、后伸、侧弯,扭转应力强度,记录承载力,绘出应力应变曲线,计算出变形率,两种钢板的承载力进行t检验,变形率进行卡方检验.结果:两种钢板的抗应力强度均无显著统计学差异(P>005).结论:下颈椎椎体槽式钢板的生物力学特性及内固定作用与AO钢板相接近.所以认为把下颈椎椎体钢板的螺钉孔设计成纵槽形.更有利于手术操作,而其内固定作用不会减弱。 Objective: To evaluate the biomechanism of slotting Plate. Methods: 60 fresh porcine cervical spine (C2-C7) sample were divided into two groups (30 cases for each ). The cervical injury model was made and anterior cervical bone implanting completed. Autograft was fixed by slotting plate and AO plate. Axial extraction compression, anteflexion, extension and rotation stress were recorded. The stress-strain curve were drawn and stress rate were calculated. The significance of loading force of two kinds of plates were compared by t-test, stress rate by x2 test. Results: There was no significance of stress-strain between two kinds of plates. Conclusion: The slotting plate had the similar biomechanism with AO plate. That screw hole of low cervical plate was designed into slot make it easy for operation and could not reduce its fixation.
