异丙酚生物样品的测定方法及药代动力学研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 对近年来异丙酚生物样品的测定方法及药代动力学研究作一综述 ,为临床方面异丙酚合理用药的研究提供依据。 方法  系统查阅国内外有关文献 ,进行分析 ,归纳和综述。 结果  异丙酚生物样品可用荧光分光光度法、高效液相色谱法 (HPLC) ,气相色谱法 (GC) ,核磁共振法 (MRI)等方法进行含量测定。 结论  高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)是测定异丙酚生物样品最常用 。
