Validation on Dry Heat Sterilizer of Funnel Type for Deactivation of Bacterial Endotoxin

为了考查隧道式干热灭菌器在工艺规程设定的运行条件下 ,全负载状态下灭活细菌内毒素的能力 ,本文通过用含量为 5 0 0 0 Eu/瓶的细菌内毒素指示剂进行挑战试验 ,实验结果表明 :该设备在设定的运行条件 ,全负载状态下 ,细菌内毒素下降大于 3个对数单位 。

OBJECTIVE To study the ability of the dry heat sterilizer of tunnel type for deactivation of bacterial endotoxin under the condition of the process requirement. The challenye experi ment carried out with maximum endotoxin load of 5000 Eulvial in three rows of front ,middle and back in the tunnel. The experimental result indicates that under set condition of full load. The bacterial endotoxin is decreased by above 3Lg. This equipment is highly effective far deactivation of bacterial endotoxin
