人工机械瓣置换术后抗凝治疗的健康教育

Intensive health education of mechanical valve replacement patients on postoperative anti-thrombosis

抗凝治疗是人工机械瓣置换术后的巩固治疗,必须适量、终生抗凝,因此抗凝治疗的健康教育较为重要。笔者报道对216例病人及家属实施术前、术后、出院前的宣教,内容包括抗凝时机、方法,抗凝药物副作用、饮食等,结果无1例病人因服药不当引起栓塞和出血,提高了抗凝治疗的安全性。

Intensive health education of mechanical valve replacement patients is important because postoperative anti-thrombosis is further therapy after mechanical valve replacement. The patients should continue anti-thrombosis for a whole life and the dosage should be proper. In their nursing, health education for 216 patients with postoperative anti-thrombosis was performed before and after valve replacement and before discharge, with contents of anti-thrombosis time, method and side effects as well as diet at anti-thrombosis. No embolism and hemorrhage induced by improper drug administration were found in any case so health education improved the safety of anti-thrombosis.
