实习护生法律知识匮乏会影响护患关系,使病人的合法权益受到损害。为了提高实习护生法律意识,避免医疗纠纷的发生,确保护理质量,笔者从5方面着手:重视医院各项规章制度学习,教会书写规范的护理病历,安排多种形式的法律及相关知识讲座,教会使用法律武器,培养读书的习惯,使其做到学法、知法、用法、守法,增强法律意识,树立良好的医德医风。

In order to promote student nurse's law consciousness and avoid medical conflicts and ensure quality nursing, the authors conclude the important points include the following 5 factors: attaching importance to learning of regulations and rules history; writing standard nursing history; organizing a series of law lecture to teach them how to use law as weapon; developing a good habit of reading; developing honorable medical morality.
