错配修复基因hMSH2在乳腺癌中的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 错配修复基因是限制其他生长调控基因突变的一类高度保守的基因[1],hMSH2是其中的一种,它与细菌中MutS基因同源,位于染色体人类2p22-21,其mRNA长7.3kb,含16个外显子,编码100kDa的蛋白质[2].
