摘要
目的:优选金丝桃素的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以提取物中总金丝桃素含量为考察指标,对影响金丝桃素 提取工艺的因素进行了研究。结果:实验设计四个因素中溶剂用量影响最大,重复试验结果满意。结论:优选出金丝桃素提取工艺 为用贯叶连翘量4倍的甲醇在40℃下浸提3次,每次12 h。
Object:To optimize the condition for the extraction of hypericin. Methods: Condition for the extraction was studied by orthogonal experimental design as guided by the content of total hypericin presented in the extract. Result: The amount of the solvent was the most significant affscting factor. The reproducibility was good. Conclusion:The optimal extraction result can be achieved by extrating hypricum perforatum with 4times amound of methanal at 40℃ for twelve hours each time for three times.
