黑龙江省2001年艾滋病病毒抗体初筛实验室质量评价及专业人员素质调查

Quality Evaluation of HIV Screcning Laboratories and Their Professional Staff in 2001 in Heilongjiang Province

目的 为提高专业技术人员的素质 ,提高检测工作质量 ,最大限度地防止误检、漏检 ,保证检测工作的正确性和准确性 ,更好地发挥艾滋病病毒 (HIV)抗体检测在控制艾滋病 (AIDS)工作中的作用。黑龙江省疾病预防控制中心对全省各HIV抗体初筛实验室实施考评。 方法 通过分发质量控制样品和采用问卷方式对实验室人员进行HIV/AIDS基本常识、检测方法及原理技能等的考核。 结果 黑龙江省目前批准的 1 6个HIV抗体初筛实验室人员经过上岗前培训 ,其中有 1 2个优秀 ,综合评分 >90分 ;4个良好 ,80～ 90分。实验室工作人员基础理论知识答对率平均为 93 %。 结论 各初筛实验室工作人员的业务知识水平、技术工作能力、业务态度等都得到了很大提高 ,检测工作的管理和质量完全可适应目前工作需求 。

Objective To guarantee the validity and precision of HIV antibody detections, quality control and evaluation of professional performance were carried out for HIV antibody screening laboratories in Heilongijiang Province in 2001 Methods Sixteen HIV antibody screening laboratories in Heilongjiang Province were assessed by allotting samples for quality control and laboratory professionals were investigated on HIV/AIDS knowledge by questionnaires Result Of 16 HIV/AIDS antibody screening laboratories, 12 were excellent,whose synthetical scores were>90,and 4 were good,whose scores were between 80 and 90 Most of the professionals investigated had good knowledge on HIV/AIDS Conclusion These results indicated that all the laboratories had the ability to satisfy the need of detecting HIV antibody and their professional perform ances in controlling AIDS were satisfactory
