中药消结灵抗癌疗效和机理的实验研究

Experimental Study on Mechanism and Curative Effect of AntiLiver Cancer of Chinese Medicine Xiaojieling

中药消结灵 ,具有扶正培本、清热解毒、理气化瘀 ,软坚散结之功效。临床治疗肝癌患者1 3 0例 ,总缓解率为 72 3 % ,总有效率为 89 2 %。小鼠模型实验 ;抗肝癌实体瘤抑制率为 4 8%～ 70 % ;抗SI80肉瘤抑制率为 3 6%～ 5 1 % ;抗腹水型肝癌生命延长率为 72 2 %～ 75 9% ;抗艾氏腹水癌生命延长率为 73 7%～ 74 9%。超微病理和免疫组化证实 ,消结灵破坏癌细胞的膜系统 ,使其裂解肉溃 ;诱导癌细胞内产生大量溶酶体 ,致使其溶解变性坏死 ;促使癌细胞核仁呈颗粒变性 ,阻碍其分裂增殖 ;激活淋巴细胞增生 ,免疫组化染色T淋巴细胞活性增强 ;刺激枯否细胞数量增加且功能旺盛 。
