钙粘附蛋白在子宫内膜及蜕膜的表达 被引量:2

THE EXPRESSION OF E-CADHERIN IN HUMAN ENDOMETRIUM AND DECIDUA

摘要 目的:分析钙粘附蛋白(cadherin)在月经周期各阶段子宫内膜和蜕膜中的表达及其免疫组化染色特点。方法:应用特异性单克隆抗体,SABC免疫组化技术,采用微波缓冲液抗原修复和复合消化液修复法,检测45例月经周期不同阶段的子宫内膜及早期妊娠蜕膜中上皮型钙粘附蛋白(E-cadherin)的表达。结果:子宫内膜腺上皮各阶段均见E-cadherin的表达,但在植入窗期表达最高,分泌晚期及早孕蜕膜表达降低。间质细胞仅在早孕蜕膜有少量表达。微波修复法阳性率明显较复合消化液法高。结论:钙粘附蛋白在子宫内膜植入窗期表达增高可能与胚泡粘附及植入过程有重要关系。检测该抗原宜采用微波抗原修复法。 Objective: To investigate the expression of E-cadherin on the human endometrium at different menstrual phases and the decidua and to study the immunohistochemical technique of E-cadherin. Method: Expression of Ecadherin on endometrium of 45 women with regular menses during different menstrual phases or early pregnant women was detected by immunohistochemistry technique. Each one was antigen retrieved by microwave and digestive ferment. Results: E-cadherin expressed in glandular epithelium through the menstrual cycle. The expression of E-cadherin was the highest in 'implantation window' while it decreased during late luteal phase and early pregnancy. There was no expression in the stromal cells, the positive rate using microwave was higher than that of digestive ferment, Conclusions: It is suggested that E-cadherin is critical for the adhesion and implantation of the blastocyst. It was valid using microwave to retrieve antigen.
