产后卵巢过度刺激综合症一例报道 被引量：1

摘要 卵巢过度刺激综合症(Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome OHSS)多见于生殖助孕中的超促排卵,而在产后发生的卵巢过度刺激综合症少见。我院近日收治一例现报道如下: 患者XXX,女性,25岁。因'停经34周阴道流水1小时'于2002-2-25收入我科。入院诊断:'胎膜早破、妊娠34周1/0。先兆早产'。患者平素月经周期正常3-5/30天,经量中,无多毛、否认不孕史。否认服用促排卵药物。
