The Preparation and Identification of Rabbit's Antibody of Chymopapain

木瓜凝乳蛋白酶是木瓜乳汁中的四种半胱氨酸酶之一,具有凝乳和蛋白水解特性,其最主要的用途是治疗腰椎间盘突出症。本文以部分纯化的木瓜凝乳蛋白酶为抗原,免疫家兔制备了抗体,并对抗体作了特异性鉴定,为木瓜凝乳蛋白酶的进一步研究与应用奠定了基础。

Chymopapain, one of the four cysteine proteinases of papaya latex, has milk clotting and proteolytic activity. It is mainly used to treat prolapsed intervertebral discs. This paper introduced the preparation of polyclonal antibody of partially purified chymopapain and the i-dentification of the antibody speificity. The polyclonal antibody provides a basis for the further researches and applications of chymopapain.
