摘要
大黄多糖的分离纯化 ,通过甲醇回流 ,除去大黄中致泻的蒽醌类物质 ,按Sevag s方法去除蛋白质 ,获得大黄多糖粗制品 ,再分别经SephadexG 5 0和G 10 0柱分别纯化 ,结果获得单一组分多糖纯品 ;建立四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠模型 ;大黄多糖有明显 (P <0 .0 1)降低血糖及提高血清胰岛素水平的功能。
The polysaccharide extracted from rhubarb and purified on sephadex G 50 and G 100 column. Its purity tested through polyacrimide gel electrophoris and indicated that it was a pure content of acidic polysaccharide. Diabetic Mices were Induced by Alloxcan. Rhubarb polysaccharide(RP) could decrease blood glucose concentration in diabetic and normal mice, RP could also prevent the occurrence of diabetes mellitus and increase level of serum Insulin. These effects comparing with D 860 (tolbutamide) were consistent.
