果糖-1,6-二磷酸锌对D-半乳糖和亚硝酸钠致衰老小鼠的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :观察果糖 1,6二磷酸锌 (ZnFDP)对D 半乳糖 (D Gal)和亚硝酸钠 (NaNO2 )致衰老小鼠的作用。方法 :采用腹腔注射D Gal+NaNO2 的方法造模 ,通过水迷宫实验检测小鼠学习记忆能力 ,生化法测脑内胆碱酯酶(AchE)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)含量 ,并进行脑组织冠状切片和HE染色。结果 :造模小鼠学习记忆能力下降 ,AchE水平上升 ,SOD水平下降 ,脑内可见明显病理改变。灌胃 3个剂量ZnFDP (14 2 ,2 84 ,5 6 8mg·kg-1·d-1)均可改善模型小鼠脑内AchE和SOD水平 ,高剂量可提高其学习记忆能力。结论 :ZnFDP可改善D Gal+NaNO2 致衰老小鼠的学习记忆能力 ,具有促智、延缓脑衰老的作用。 Objective:To observe the effects of fructose 1,6 diphosphate zinc(ZnFDP) on the senile model mice induced by D galactose( D Gal) and sodium nitrite (NaNO 2).Methods:The mice model were established by intraperitoneal injection of D Gal+NaNO 2;the capacity of learning and memory was tested on all mice with water maze;levels of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) of brain tissues were assayed by biochemical methods;and the frontal section of brain tissues were stained by hematoxylin and eosin.Results:The capacity of learning and memory of model mice decreased,and it could be improved by high dose of ZnFDP.The level of AchE of model mice increased and SOD decreased,and they were recovered by three doses of ZnFDP(142,284,568mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ).Conclusion:ZnFDP can ameliorate the capacity of learning and memory,delay the senility of brain in the senile model mice induced by D Gal and NaNO 2,and has the nootropic effects.
