摘要
目的 :研制黄杨宁分散片。方法 :通过试验筛选合适的崩解剂等辅料 ,确定处方及制备工艺 ,并进行工艺考察。结果 :确定了以羟丙纤维素、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮做崩解剂的处方 ,辅料对含量测定无影响 ,工艺考察本法研制的黄杨宁分散片各项指标合格 ,溶出度测定表明本品溶出速度较普通黄杨宁片快。结论 :本法研制的黄杨宁分散片处方合理、工艺可行 ,并体现了分散片的特点。
Objective:To prepare cyclovirobuxinum D dispersible tablets.Methods:Suitable excipients were selected by experiments.Appropriate prescription and technology were studied,and the products were tested.Results:Hydroxypropycellulose and cross linked polyvinyl pyrrolidone were chosen as disintegrates because they would not influence the assay of cyclovirobuxinum D.The products met the quality specification of cyclovirobuxinum D dispersible tablets,and had a shorter dissolution time and better uniformity than that of cyclovirobuxinum D tablets.Conclusion:This prescription and technology of cyclovirobuxinum D dispersible tablets are reasonable and effective.
