辣椒碱治疗关节痛的Ⅱ期临床研究

Efficacy and safety of topical capsaicin in treatment of arthralgia

目的 :评价辣椒碱软膏治疗关节痛的疗效和安全性 ,与外用非甾体抗炎药 1%双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂进行随机双盲对比验证。方法 :134例有明确关节痛的患者 ,随机分为辣椒碱组 6 8例和双氯芬酸二乙胺组 6 6例 ,分别应用 0 .0 2 5 %辣椒碱软膏和 1%双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外涂 ,治疗 1周。结果 :辣椒碱软膏和双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂均能显著降低关节疼痛 ,改善压痛和活动痛的程度 ,总有效率分别为 79.10 %和 76 .92 %。辣椒碱软膏比双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂起效更快。二者的耐受性均比较好。结论 :辣椒碱软膏治疗关节痛有效、安全、迅速。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical capsaicin cream in treatment of arthralgia in comparison with diclofenac diethyl ammonium emulsion.Methods:134 patients with arthralgia were randomly divided to receive 0.025% capsaicin cream ( n =68) or 1% diclofenac diethyl ammonium emulsion ( n =66) for 1 week.Results:The symptoms of arthralgia (VAS) in both groups was significantly reduced and the degree of tenderness and arthralgia while moving in both groups were obviously improved.The capsaicin cream group seemed to have efficacy more quickly.The tolerance of both groups was good.Conclusion:Capsaicin cream is effective,safe and fast onset in the treatment of arthralgia.
