摘要
远红外辐射加热蒸发器是西安脉冲堆废水处理系统的专用非标设备。它主要用于对放射性废液的蒸发、浓缩。本文介绍了西安脉冲堆远红外辐射加热蒸发器的设计与试验研究。远红外辐射加热蒸发器的特点是:去污因子比一般沸腾式蒸发器高一到两个数量级;辐射效率高、节电效果显著。经现场试验证实,其设计安全可靠、结构合理、性能稳定,满足设计要求。
The infrared heated evaporator is the special equipment of the radioactive liquid disposed system for Xi抋n pulsed reactor project. The purpose of the equipment is to evaporate and concentrate radioactive liquid by the infrared radiation heat. This paper briefly introduces the design and the test research of the infrared heated evaporator for Xi抋n pulsed reactor project. The infrared heated evaporator has the following features:the decontamination factor of the infrared heated evaporator is higher than boiling evaporator, the radiation efficiency is higher too, and the electric energy can be saved. It was examined by the experts and proved by the test in the site:the design of the equipment is safe and reliable, the construction is reasonable, and the performance is stable. The equipment can meet the requirements of the design.
