摘要
探讨了乙酰丙酮与甲醛反应的机理 ,并利用质谱及核磁共振波谱研究了该产物的结构 ,提出了关于乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定甲醛反应产物的新的描述 ,证实该产物为 2 ,6 二甲基 3 ,5 二乙酰基 1 ,4 二氢吡啶。对产物进行了水溶液中的紫外可见光谱研究。该产物在 4 1 3nm处的摩尔吸光系数为 6 63 9× 1 0 3L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 。
The product for the determination of formaldehyde with acetylacetone was synthesized and analyzed with mass spectrometry (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (H-1-NMR) spectroscopy. The structure of the product was testified to be 2,6-dimethyl-3,5-diacetyl-1,4-dihydropyridin. The description of the preaction formula of the method was corrected. Also the ultraviolet and visible spectra of the product was studied. The maximum absorption wavelengths of the product in water is 413 nm and the molar absorptivity is 6.639 x 10(3) L.mol(-1).cm(-1).
