摘要
本文对家蝇三龄幼虫进行了超声处理 ,以诱导其产生抗菌物质 ..通过高温处理、酸性处理后 ,抗菌物质粗提中大量的热不稳定蛋白和酸性蛋白发生沉淀而被去除 .将经过上述处理的粗提液经过一步 Sephadex G-75凝胶过滤层析、两步 CM-Sepharose阳离子交换层析后 ,得到一个单一的具有抗阳性球菌的峰 .SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳结果显示为一条带 ,相对分子质量大约为 70 0 0 ,将其命名为 H1 .H1为一种热稳定的碱性抗菌多肽 .
In this paper, antibacterial substances of the larvae of housefly were induced by ultrasonic treatment. Heating and acid treated the antibacterial crude extracts and many heat unstable proteins and acid proteins were excluded. Then, the antibacterial crude extracts were purified using Sephadex G 75 gel chromatography and two steps CM Sepharose ion exchange chromatography. The samples were analyzed by SDS PAGE. The results indicated that an antibacterial substance was purified, which was small molecular (about 7000Da), heat stable, alkaline peptide. The peptide was named H1.$$$$
