摘要
运用光的干涉理论 ,分别讨论了点光源在平板厚度不均匀情况下的光强分布、条纹及特征 ,分析了多光束干涉对光强分布和条纹的影响 ,并推导出测量平板楔角的一种新方法 .
The light distribution of pointolite, interference fringe and its characters are discussed by theory of interference of light on the condition of plate thickness being non uniform. The influence of multiple beam interference on the intensity distribution of light and the fringe is analyzed, the two methods of measuring wedge angle of plate are deduced as well.$$$$
