本文介绍了板上芯片技术 .通过一个实例讨论了 COB技术的电气性能和热应力的分析 ,证明该技术是优良的 .
The paper introduces technology of chip on board diuscissing COB technology electrical capability and heat stress by an example, prove that technology is goodness.
