摘要
研究了阴离子表面活性剂与碱性品红的直接缔合显色反应 ,结果表明 :在pH9 5的缓冲溶液中 ,阴离子表面活性剂能与碱性品红直接缔合 ,生成 1∶1的深红色缔合物 ,其最大吸收波长为 5 2 0nm ,阴离子表面活性剂SDBS的表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 36× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,SDBS的浓度在 8 3— 4 1 8μg·ml- 1范围内遵守比耳定律 .该法用于合成水样中痕量阴离子表面活性剂的测定 。
The color reaction of Fuchsin Basic and anionic surfactant is studied in this paper.In the NH 3-NH 4Cl solution of pH 9 5,Fuchsin Basic reacts directly with anionic surfactants to form a red ionassociate compounds with maximum absorption in wavelength of 520 nm.The apparent molar absorptivity of the ionassociate compounds is 2 36×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beers law is obeyed in the range of 8 3—41 8μg/ml of SDBS.The method has been applied to determine the trace anionic surfactants in some samples with satisfactory results.
