摘要
研究了酸性条件下,吐温20增强铈(IV)与水杨酸的化学发光反应,由此建立了一种测定水杨酸的流动注射化学发光分析法.该法选择性好、灵敏度高、线性范围宽.方法的检出限为2.5×10-9g/ml,相对标准偏差为0.85%(4.0×10-7g/ml水杨酸,n=11),线性范围为4.0×10-9-1.1×10-6g/ml.不需分离和其它预处理可直接用于杀菌药液中水杨酸含量的测定.
A new rapid flow injection chemiluminescence method was established for the determination of salicylic acid. The method is based on the chemiluminescence reaction of Cerium(IV)(salicylic acid with Tween20 as inhancer in sulfuric acid medium. The detection limit and linear range are 2.5×10-9g/ml and 4.0×10-9-1.1×10-6mol/L , respectively, the relative standard detection is 0.85%. The method developed has been applied to the determination of salicylic acid in bactericidal solution with satisfactory results.
