摘要
在健美操教学中,有许多学生由于基础差、协调力差而产生拘谨及胆怯心理.本文试从健美操基础差生不良心理活动的一般表现,来探索调节学生不良心理反应的方法,从而加强学生学习健美操的信心.
In aerobics learning, many students are timid and reserved because they lack systematic training and have poor coordination. The authors try to grope adjusting methods of the students' unsound psychdogy through analyzing the general characteristics of the unsound psychological activities of the students who lack systematic training. THe aim is to strengthen their confidence in aerobics learning.
