On teaching reform of non-major computer courses

介绍了地方高校实现教育部提出的计算机基础教学的基本目标 ,达到三个层次的教学基本要求。针对教学改革的深入发展 ,提出了进一步的设想。

This paper introduces the three-level teaching requirements of local universities for realizing the goal in fundamental computer teaching proposed by the Ministry of Education and suggests plans for further reform in teaching.
