延安市432例次血液透析分析

Analysis of 423 hemodialysis patient in Yanan city

目的 :分析延安市血透现状及透析效果。方法 :2 0 0 0年 7月至 2 0 0 2年 4月 93例肾衰及中毒患者 ,采用费森尤斯 40 0 8- B血液透析机进行治疗。结果 :2 6例急性肾功能衰竭 ( ARF)患者 ,1 6例行早期透析 ,1～ 2次痊愈。 5例合并低血压者 ,在扩容、超大剂量多巴胺治疗下透析 ,杜绝了透析中低血压的危险性。毒物中毒、流行性出血热 1 0例。以上除 1例出血热自动放弃治疗外 ,余 2 5例均痊愈。慢性肾功能衰竭 ( CRF)患者 66例经透析 ,水肿缓解率 1 0 0 % ,高钾血症缓解率 1 0 0 % ,心功能缓解率 77.78% ,肾功能好转率 1 0 0 % ,酸中毒好转率 1 0 0 % ,贫血好转率 2 2 .70 % ;透析最少 1次 ,最多 37次。结论 :血液透析是治疗各种原因导致的肾功能衰竭及药物、毒物中毒的有效措施。对急性肾功能衰竭患者及早透析 ,效果显著。对低血压患者急需透析 。

Objective:Analyse the present situation and the effects of hemesialsis in Yanan.Methods:From July,2000 to March,2002, 93 patients who had renal failure and toxicosis were treated with machine feisinyouth 4008 B made in Germany.Results:Among 26 patients who got acute renal failure(ARF),16 patients had at mast two times of hemodialysis in early stage,and cured,5 patients combined with low blood pressure were treated with adding blood content and increasing the blood content dopamines dosage before they had hemodialysis,put a stop to the danger of low blood pressure in the treatment.10 patients had poison toxicosis and epidemic hemorrhagic fever.One patient who was epidemic hemorrhagic quited the treatment.The rest 25 patient were all cured.66 chronic renal failure patients took hemodialysis,and the percentage of alleviated edema was 100%,so as high kalium blood,and heart function was 77 8% and favourable turn of renal function was 100%,so as acid toxdicosis and anaemia was 22.7%.All the patients had hemodialysis for at least one time,at most 37 times.Conclusion:Hemjodialysis is the effective measure to cure renal function and drug poisoning,poison toxicosis which are caused by kinds of reasons.Acute renal failure patients will achieve good results if they take hemodialysis as soon as possible.Those who have low blood pressure,and have no hemefiltration condition,but need to take hemodialysis immediately, can be treated in support of increasing drugs for rising blood pressure.
