绩效考核能对员工提供按部就班的工作回馈,能为领导提供奖优罚劣的客观依据,因此这一公正而又客观的考核方式应当并且逐渐作为各级领导奖励与用人的标准和尺度。
The check on the results and achievements is the work feedback for the employees to follow the prescribed order to work in the enterprise, it the objective basis to offer the leaders to reward the good and punish the bad, therefore, this fair and objective check mode should be adopted by the leaders at different levels as the criterion and the scale to reward and employ the people gradually.
