储层结垢与防治物理模型应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对马岭油田北三区储层结垢的实际 ,从结垢防治室内物理实验着手 ,运用结垢物理模型实验技术对油田结垢给储层造成的伤害和结垢量进行了实验分析 ,通过大量的静态与动态模拟结垢实验 ,证实油田的结垢对储层造成的伤害 ,并阐述了造成结垢的影响因素 ,同时运用防垢物理模型实验技术对马岭油田即将使用的钙质防垢剂进行了防垢效果实验 ,从理论上论证了该防垢剂的可行性 。 This article studied the formation scaling in No.3 north section of Maling oil field,through physical experiment of scaling prevention and using the simulating experimental technique of physical model.Damage caused by scaling was analyzed and the amount of scaling was measured through considerable static and dynamic experiments of scaling simulation.Damage caused by formation scaling and its influential factors were also estimated and discussed.Experiment was conducted by using scaling inhibitor in the Maling oil field.The result showed that scaling inhibitor can be used in practical production.
