摘要
概述近年来香港跨境人口流动状况 ,研究内地最大的香港移民城 - -东莞市樟木头镇自 1992年发展以外销香港为主的房地产业以来 ,经济特别是第三产业的快速发展。具体分析了第三产业的行业特色 ,即以房地产业为龙头 ,商业、旅游业、服务业以及养老业共同发展的模式。研究在香港跨境人口流动影响下 ,城镇建设与社会的发展变化。总结了受港资和港人共同推动的樟木头镇发展模式 ,探讨了这种新模式揭示出的区域一体化的阶段性和多样性 ,以及一体化的前景。
On the basis of summarizing the status of cross-border Hong Kong people in recent years, the biggest migrant town for Hong Kong people in China's Mainland, Zhangmutou town is studied through examining its progress in economy, especially tertiary industry. The characteristics of the tertiary industry are concretely analysis, which is led by real estate sector, together with the development of sectors of commerce, tourism, service, and service to the old people. The change and development of urban construction and society after developing real estate sector oriented to Hong Kong market since 1992 and under the influence of cross-border Hong Kong people are also examined. A new model of regional integration, which is promoted by both Hong Kong fund and Hong Kong people, is approached. The new model reveals that regional integration has different stages and is diversity. The prospect of integration is also discussed.
