The third Chinese 'Resource and Environmental Economy' forum mainly focuses on the marketization of the drainage right,the relationship between cities and countries under the new situation,and during the process of joining WTO and integration of the world economy,the way to foster the Chinese industries competitiveness,strategic choice of energy,the system of avoiding and reduceing calamity and atmosphere environment administration.
