摘要
目的比较肠外+肠内营养与肠内营养对施行机械通气的危重患者影响,探讨对呼吸衰竭患者如何给予合理的营养支持。方法将40例机械通气患者随机分为肠外+肠内营养A组(PN+EN)和肠内营养B组(EN),同时进行营养状况评定、血气指标分析及血流动力学测定。结果A组患者早期换气及弥散功能均较B组轻度下降,但随着营养支持的继续,A组患者全身营养状况及呼吸功能改善较B组明显,脱机时间缩短。血流动力学无明显变化。结论对呼吸衰竭患者行肠外+肠内营养有利于患者恢复体重,提高免疫力,呼吸功能恢复快。
Objective To evaluate the effects of different nutrition support mode on re spiration crock up patients.Methods Forty patients with artificial ventilation were randomized to PN+EN group (n=20)or EN group(n=20),the nutritio n status were assessed,artery blood gas analyzed and hemodynamics mensurated,a t the same time.Results No evident hemodynamic changes occurred in the both groups.Though group A patient gas exchange and dispersion function lightly des cended,but along with nutritional support hold on,group A patients' nutritio nal status and respiration function statistically improved to compare with group B.Online duration was shortened.Conclusions The respiration crock up patient s using PN+EN will be propitious to avoirdupois resuming,immunity advancing an d respiration function improving.
