膳食鱼油对高脂血症金黄地鼠血脂水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究膳食鱼油对高脂血症金黄地鼠血脂水平的影响。方法建立高脂血症金黄地鼠动物模型,分别予以不同量的鱼油(A组为对照组,B、C、D组分别给予0.5、0.8、1.2ml/d鱼油)喂饲以观察其对血脂水平的影响。结果C、D两组甘油三酯水平比对照组明显降低(P<0.01和P<0.05);C组较B组下降更明显而且两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白水平,各组间差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论膳食鱼油具有降低血甘油三酯作用,其中以进食中等量鱼油组效果最佳;但未见其具有降低胆固醇及升高高密度脂蛋白的作用。 Objective To study the effects of dietary fish oil on the level of serum l ip ids in the hyperlipidemic hamsters.Methods Establishing the hyperlipidemic ham ster models which were fed with different doses of fish oil in diet(Group A bl ank control,Group B0.5ml /d,Group C0.8ml /d and Group D1.2ml /d).Th e changes in the level of serum lipids were observed.Results The level of serum triglyceride was significantly lower in Group C(P<0.01)and Group D(P< 0.05),than that of Group A,and it was lower in Group C than that of Group B(P<0.05).The levels of serum cholesterol increased in Group B,D,decr eased in Group C.The levels of high density lipoprotein increased in the study groups,but no significant difference was found between the control and the st udy groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The level of triglyceride in hyperlipide mic hamsters was decreased by feeding fish oil in the diet.The triglyceride lev el of the medium dose group(0.8ml /d)was the lowest among the three groups .Fish oil could not lower the level of cholesterol and increase high density li poprotein in the hyperlipidemic hamsters.
