摘要
目的观察凉血活血胶囊治疗血热型银屑病的临床疗效。方法采用随机、单盲、对照法。结果凉血活血胶囊可显著改善患者皮损体征,并在一定程度上优于复方青黛胶囊。凉血活血胶囊组总有效率为62.5%,虽优于复方青黛胶囊组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。同时,凉血活血胶囊可显著改善患者皮肤瘙痒、口干舌燥、心烦易怒、大小便异常等临床伴随症状,并在一定程度上优于复方青黛胶囊。结论凉血活血胶囊治疗血热型银屑病有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Liangxue Huoxue capsules(LXHXC).Methods Random,single-blind and comparative methods were used.LXHXC was chosen for the treatment group and Fufang Qingdai cap-sules(FFQDC)was chosen for the control group.There are forty and twenty-six cases in these two groups respectively.Re sults PASI of lesions decreased in both groups,and decreased more greatly in the treatment group.Treatment group has an total effective rate of62.5%,which is better than that of the control group,but no statistics difference(P>0.05).Compare with the control group,treatment group has a higher improving rate in every aspect of body conditions.Conclu-sions LXHXC has good efficiency in treating psoriasis of the blood-heat type.
